- From what I remember (David Pleasance told me) what happened was CU Amiga
- pressed the disk and published the mag with ReloKick and the 1.3ROM on.
- They realised their mistake too late and contacted C= UK for permission
- to distribute the kickstart AFTER it had already gone out to distribution.

- C= UK, being in a sorry state at the time, didn't have much choice but to
- let them publish it (whether Pleasance had the right to at the time is
- questionable - it's all history now anyway). I'm not sure if any money
- changed hands between CU Amiga and C=.

- Anyway, CU Amiga did, sort of, get permission to publish the Kick1.3
- image, but that's very, very, unlikely to happen again and, as has been
- pointed out, it's certainly not PD.
